This agreement is a legal contract between you and JetStream VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you are considered to have understood and agreed to the terms of this agreement. Please read them carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, text translation, or derivative development of the App or related marks is prohibited. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide appropriate notice. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting may weaken system security and affect App operation.

This Service integrates certain necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you are also subject to the respective terms of those partners.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by device arrears, data caps, weak signals, carrier restrictions, or local network conditions. Mobile data or roaming charges may apply outside Wi-Fi environments, especially when roaming. Please ensure that you have permission from the bill payer before use.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service due to battery depletion, disabled permissions, or local network failure is outside our compensation scope. Although we work to provide accurate routing and node status information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for indirect losses caused by such information. To ensure compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust or terminate App services in accordance with applicable rules.
