This Privacy Policy explains how JetStream VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') handles information related to the mobile application (referred to as the 'App'). We collect, use, and protect necessary data only within the scope described in this policy.

When you download, launch, or use the App, the system may process necessary operational data, including but not limited to your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection status, and session duration. To provide suitable node recommendations and network acceleration, we may process approximate geographic location information. This information is used for: 1. Node recommendations based on JetStream VPN's network distribution; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate data; 3. Service communication through your reserved email or username for important updates, security notices, or account messages.

We only transmit aggregated anonymized data to necessary third-party partners, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis and feature improvement. Except for the following cases, we do not share personal information with third parties: 1. Compliance with legal procedures or regulatory requirements; 2. Protection of user safety or investigation of fraud; 3. Cooperation with entrusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, you may remove the App through the standard uninstall process on your device.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable period afterward. If you need to close your account or delete your personal profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such information has been collected by mistake, we will begin deletion procedures. Guardians may contact us through the same email for necessary handling.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time due to regulatory requirements or service adjustments. Please review this page regularly. Continued use of the Service after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
